Hello:

I currently have most of my "fixed income" portion of my RSP in XSB. The thinking is that with rates so low, i'd keep it in this shorter duration vehicle until a later time, then switch to XBB or something.

What do others do? Should I go with XBB now and just forget it?

I agree with XSB

I generally agree with that. I'm thinking of buying some XSB for the same reason you're saying. The amount of money being printed is obscene especially in America. I also have some XCB (Corporate Bond). I also have a mutual fund (Altamira Bond) that does pretty much the same as the above. These are pretty much my only RRSP assets that have a had a positive return since the chaos of last fall.

I own XSB for the fixed income component and have no intention of switching to XBB. I wrote about this:
