Lately Google Finance has started to refused to provide stock prices/charts on some Canadian Stocks. I used to be able to get any stock price but now I am forced to use Yahoo or other services for several stocks.

For example getting price for BCE works fine... https://www.google.com/search?q=TSE:BCE&tbm=fin

SLF used to work but no longer... https://www.google.com/search?q=TSE:SLF&tbm=fin
Instead it shows price for SUN LIF NON CUM RST CL A SRS 10R PRF which is not what I want. I have tried all kinds of other combinations of searchs but Google refuses.

Same for FTI... https://www.google.com/search?q=TSE:FTI&tbm=fin
Google absolutely refuses to recognize TSE / TSX or FTI.TO and instead only shows FTI on the NYSE exchange.

I have been linking to Google Finance for years from my online portfolio manager but it seems every so often select TSX ticker symbols just won't come up.

Anybody have any input?

Thanks!

I like tmxmoney.com more.

For fti, I'm assuming you mean food tech.

Google use cve:fti or..
Fti.tsx
Fti.tsxv

Sorry should have been more specific, FTI as in Fortis on the TSX. Google forces you to Fortis on the NYSE.
