I've been thinking the same for Canada, but maybe it won't happen because of the Liberal's crazy mass immigration.

 

So they'll just abandon them and leave them empty rather than sell them for what they can get. Right. If that's the case, bring it on. The whole North American market needs a severe jolt back to reality.
