Everybody should read the newsletter. 11% drop causes selling, and big price drops.
14-15 years to go till retirement, and prices are too high right now.
Cash is sitting for deployment.
Come on people it was only a year ago markets were "terrible".
We are in a massive CDN housing bubble, and things will be worse than the US meltdown.
Panic now!:D
