Seemed a natural complement to the earlier thread on top Canadian financial blogs. I'll kick it off with Larry Swedroe's new Wise Investing blog I highlighted earlier this week.

Tough one, so many topics are actually country specific, but regarding investing;

Dividends Value
My two would be http://www.thesimpledollar.com and http://www.getrichslowly.org

Both excellent blogs with regular updates and a huge trove of past articles. I started reading GRS when it was a single post on J.D.'s personal blog (I found the link via Metafilter) and have read it ever since.
There are many great US financial blogs, there are even probably over 1000 by now. People always mention GRS and SimpleDollar because those were two of the earliest, but that's really ignoring many other excellent blogs that have come into being since. GRS and SD often post about non-financial topics too, like baking bread.

One I would recommend is Moolanomy (www.moolanomy.com). I also really like Generation X Finance (www.genxfinance.com). It's also about the topics they tend to write on and the personalities of the bloggers. I don't get as interested in frugality topics by nature (though I am more lately). There are probably more "frugality" blogs in the US than pure investing blogs. I was just talking to FourPillars about this. I think it's just the nature of the investing environments in the US vs. Canada.
