Supposedly National Bank has created a betting market/derivative for the Teranet Housing Index. However, I can't find any information on how one participates in this form of gambling (I know I posted to the investing section, but I can't in good conscience pretend this would be "investing"). I've had no luck with searching, or at TMX's or national bank's website.

Does anyone know? Do you need to be a NB client?

I got in touch with someone from the National Bank to find the answer to this -- the forward market is a private over-the-counter market run by NB (i.e.: it's not a tradeable derivative on the TMX). You must be an accredited investor to participate.
