I've been getting it almost constantly since yesterday afternoon.
Last evening between 4 pm - 7 pm it was showing that message pretty much all the time.
This morning's it's happening as well.
I've been trying since 9:00 am and this is my first forum view (9:55 now).
Just a thought on this, you shouldn't be getting that problem this early in the forum's life . Assuming you're running your own server, the easiest way to give yourself more resources in a forum is to do some mysql tweaking. I've run some very busy forums in the past (500+ users, all hitting refresh repeatedly ) and squeezing mysql helps more than one can imagine.
Vbulletin also has some forum tweaks you can make in the admin panel that drastically lower load. e.g. turning off the forum stats at the bottom of the page, stuff like that that eat a lot of database queries and processing.
This error message is once again rearing its ugly head.
I was getting this message every time between 12:00 and 2:00.
I tried from other computers at work connected to our US networks and got the same message.
Has there been a denial attack against the site?
