I think you’re posting in the wrong forum. This is a canadian financial management forum not a realtor forum.
That said, I’m a realtor so I can answer your question. There are a lot of free iphone apps out there for real estate. I use one called “Mortgage” - it computes down payment, monthly payments, land transfer tax, closing costs etc.
Facebook has a lot of groups for realtors - just search and join one that you like.
