Continuing to pretend it is refreshing rain when you get pissed on like you insist on doing?

Absolutely nothing wrong with 2.7mln backlog growing at 300k/month, holding up tens of thousands of healthcare workers. - all is well here, nothing to be concerned about. We have doctors and nurses to spare - they can continue to wait in lines while government employees continue to sit at home.

Ya ... Let's just let them all in, free pass with no background checks or process needed, if fact they can just claim to be healthcare workers ... we trust ya, we're Canadians!

No, the alternative is to hold people responsible for it accountable. Accountability is not a foreign word for Canadians, is it?


Or, let's improve the system, or at least get people back to the offices so they can properly do their jobs?
But that would take effort, some intelligence, and good management system - guess those are too high of an expectations from Government of Canada?

You really have absolutely no standards at all? Whatever happens; however long the lines are at hospitals, passport offices, immigration, airports - you are simply all fine with it?

Of course because they hear we have all this free healthcare and lots of great social programs and safety nets

Meanwhile our own Canadians who served the country for decades can't get a doctor or minor medical procedure for years

The wealth that pays for it all is leaving Canada while you think we can just print more CAD fiat toilet paper

Oh, people who are coming here will be waiting in the same lines. They just don't know it yet. Canada has decent PR, and is relatively irrelevant on world stage so news out of here about people dying in waiting rooms and about campgrounds around service Canada doesn't make it to foreign media - meanwhile if it happened in UK, US, or other relevant country it would.

Although it did take the hit here with War Measure Act implementation. Media in central and south-eastern Europe were comparing current regime to soviets, since they used war measure act to quash 'Solidarity' movement and other protests
