My pick today is Temple REIT (TR.UN from TSX Venture)
Currently selling at $2.25. My price target is $4 by August.
Temple owns hotels in the OIL sand area in Alberta. Price of OIL is rising due to summer driving so production of OIL is going to increase.
If you track the performance of TR.UN with USO (Oil ETF) for the last 5 years you'll find that the two follow each other. However, Temple is currently lagging OIL because OIL just took a huge jumps in the last few weeks.
