According to the pages in French, all that's available in Québec is the PC Mastercard and the PC points. This has been true for quite a while; the actual PC financial no-fee ATM/debit account is still not available as far as I can see.
PC Financial "Now Serving Quebec"
When I went to the PC Financial website today I noticed a button on the top right saying "Now Serving Quebec"... clicking on it takes you to a French version of the website, so no clue what is new, but since I have seen a number of people over the years bemoan the lack of free checking in Quebec, I thought I would mention it for any members able to read it...
