Hi,

I have a corporate registered in Alberta. we got a contract from a US company (about 25k CNT) that want to pay us in cash in Canada. Should we accept?

I was planning to accept the cash and then deposit it in our corporate account.

Any thoughts?

Thanks

Technicall, by law, you can or refuse cash as a means of payment. If people did, the monetary system would collapse. As long as you have a paper trail, it’s legal currency, And claim it. Not sure why you have an issue.

Literal cash cash? I mean, why not, but it's weird. If they're in the US how are they going to give you cash?
