I have been wanting to buy a freehold townhouse in Milton area for a long time but its very difficult to find a house/townhouse that I can afford there. Now I kinda know that after 3-5 years (2019-2022) I will be able to afford a 3 bedroom townhome in Milton area. But I am not sure how to register myself for a 3-5 years down the road development. Or where to find more information on them.
This is what someone told me and I am trying to get done:
"I can put a down payment of 5-20% of a freehold townhouse that will be completed after 3-5 years"
If you can provide any information, suggestions, links or helpful comments, I will highly appreciate that.
