Where do you get your financial statements? I've just been starting to learn about stock picking the last few weeks. So far I've been using Google finance. It's fast and you don't need to know the ticker name of a company. I like how it provides statements for the past 4 years, but often I'd like to look even further back in history. Where else do you go to get statements?

I'm also wondering the best way to filter through all the info. Do you make spreadsheets to calculate all the metrics or are there pre-made spreadsheets accessible on the internet?
So far I've been looking into 7-8 oil companies and just been writing things down in a notebook, but I could see it becoming cumbersome if I were trying to analyze dozens of stocks.

I'm just looking for advice/opinions about the best ways to collect and organize the data.
