Moshe Milevsky is on record (G&M video clip) now telling retired people they should asset allocate by the the (100 minus your age) rule. And that at retirement the most equity they should own is 50-60 percent.
I consider this to be an equity BUY signal, because it is a complete about face, and last time he gave disasterous advice.
I remember back right before the tech crash, he was everywhere in the media and at those promo's put on by the banks preaching that retirees must forget those old rules and buy WAY more equity. He redefined their risk to be 'the risk of now having enough to support their dream life-style'.
