Any discount brokers offer automated if-then command trading?

What I need is actually that + one other feature...this here is what I need:

a) If-then commands.
ex: buy stock xyz @ $0.10, if buy order fills, then sell for $0.105. I have Interactive Brokers which offers this, but they don't offer b).

b) the ability to buy the stock without having the money in your account, only being required to deposit it by the settlement date.
I think most discount brokers offer this...am I correct in this assumption? I have Credential Direct which offers this, but they don't offer a).

for B) almost all brokerages offer this, but for most of them you have to call them to enable it ( I did at TDW, anyways)

I'm not a trader, so I don't know about (a).

I know that TD Waterhouse offers (b) but not RBC Direct. However, if you have a RBC Bank Account, you can pull money from it on settlement day. Don't know about the other discount brokers.
hylaride + CC: thx for both of your info.

Anyone know the answer to a)?
thinkorswim.ca may have both A) and B)

You will have to confirm it.

They have the most advance trading platform.

Currently thinkorswim only deals US stocks. TD Waterhouse bought them a few months ago and will incorporate Canadian exchanges. I believe TD Waterhouse will use thinkorswim as their junior platform just like how Scotia Mcleod has ScotiaItrade.
DaveK: thx very much. I looked into TOS a bit a few weeks ago. Once they get TSX trading capabilities, I'm going to look at them in more detail (ie. to see if they offer features a) and b) that I'm looking for).
