I've been checking out Stock Rover and it is pretty damned slick. Can't beat the price, it's free at the moment. http://www.stockrover.com

There is tons of fabulous information here and great tools. I mean amazing. This blows away any brokerage tool I've ever seen and it's a fast web app. How about instantly charting any stock, then clicking a button to adjust it for dividends? Then adding an index and a couple other stocks to the table and the graph to compare. Then add some technical studies. Then click a button and set any one of those as the zero line/benchmark to compare the others against. It's a great tool.

I found it complex at first - to have a look I'd start with their videos page: http://www.stockrover.com/video.html

I can't believe how much information this thing makes available, most of it extremely easily. Try it now while it's free and before one of the big banks snaps it up for their brokerage, because I don't see how this stays out there for free very long. They say some part of it will always be free and they are examining the business model, but the pay portion will be "about the cost of adding a cable channel / month" when it does go pay. If it doesn't get snapped up first.

Check it out.

Agreed, best stock site out there

I fully agree. I was on their webinar last week (I think they do them every Wednesday) and could not believe how easy it is to compare stocks. Every other site I've used pales in comparison and makes me WORK to make investment decisions while Stock Rover makes the smart picks jump out at me. They also said they're adding the TSX index to their index list shortly too. Check out their videos and go to their webinars, great stuff.

I gave them a try and easily imported by TDW portfolio. I am trying to set up a TSX only screener and couldn't do it (membership list on their screen page does not include TSX) so I asked them about it as they do allow TSX stocks (.to) and was told via email that it will be coming. I noticed that there is some missing data on Canadian stocks (particularly the Canadian banks data on their growth screen) but it does look promising. They sent me a email about their webinar
