Humble Pie I have a small position in a rare earth penny stock that I will either do well with but won't lose much if it tanks. I seem to do well buying penny stocks on the cheap, trading and holding them.
Rickson9 is right you can find lots of cheap real estate in the US. I was looking over the huge amount of foreclosures in Las Vegas and there are some really nice homes that can be had for under 100,000 dollars that would cost me over a million where I live.
