What is it DIVFRG?

Today I got dividends from PM. They split it to 2 portions: DIVFRG and DIV. Is anyone knows why and ehat this is mean? I called TWD, they don't know by themselves..... Also they didn't DRIP it and on my question 'why', rep told me that probably because it's DIVFRG and there is not enough money to buy shares from DIV portion

PM was on the TSX or NYSE? FRG is a term to describe the 'proportion of legal person shares'. It could be that these types of shares are treated differently for dividend purposes
